CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program. We use proven methods to increase overall fitness including cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. The use of functional movements develops a high level of fitness you can use in everyday life and in sport. Our ability to scale or modify any workout makes this type of training extremely effective for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.
We run a program here. Not a “come in and get you some” type class. Our workouts are designed to challenge you, not break you. They aim to increase your GPP (General Physical Preparedness). Our protocol is constantly varied. This is not the same as random. Our programming builds on previous workouts – increasing strength, solidifying technique, skill progressions, it’s all there.
